Splunk Architect

Bring your current experience and knowledge of best practice as a Splunk Architect to the team, we will further invest in your Splunk learning and accreditation through to Splunk Core Consultant and beyond. Salary and bonus progression will reflect your progress through the certification process. 

    • Certified to at least Splunk Core Architect 
    • Current experience designing and implementing optimised distributed full-stack Splunk architectures with consideration of functional and non-functional requirements and trade-offs 
    • Experience deploying, integrating, data on-boarding and supporting Splunk 
    • Experience within a cybersecurity and/or IT operations environment leading to an established cyber/ITOps domain knowledge and understanding of relevant data sources and formats (security event, network, system, application etc.) 
    • Experience defining complex searches and correlations in SPL 
    • Knowledge of a broad range of SplunkBase apps and add-ons 
    • Demonstrable technical competence and analytical approach to problem solving 
    • Flexibility and adaptability, ability to travel (C19 aside)  
    • Strong educational background to degree level in a STEM subject, or equivalent experience 
    • Good communications and professional consulting approach 
    • Ability to mentor and train others (customers and colleagues) 
    • Flexible and adaptable 
    • Ability to travel (C-19 allowing)  
    • Experience working with Splunk Cloud (desirable) 
    • UKSV SC cleared, or eligible for SC clearance (desirable)
