All our engagements run with specific milestones including kick off and wrap up meeting, as well as periodic Sprint review sessions. Softcat are invited to all such key meetings. In addition, we always create weekly progress reports for customers, which are shared with the Softcat team for visibility on progress
Do you charge for pre-sales activity?
No, initial conversations with Softcat and customer are not charged for. We only bill for agreed work after we have scoped it with the customer and created a formal Statement of Work
Can you help us deepen our relationship with our customer?
Yes! Our aim at Apto is to deliver on the customer requirement but also feedback to you. Our data first approach lends itself to understanding what the Customers future technology challenges are. We are often well placed to feedback where we see future opportunities with customers. For example, as of writing, we see data pipelining and observability as being two large opportunity areas.
