What we’re looking for
We’re looking for engineers with some experience of using Splunk or similar products e.g. Elastic, LogRhythm, Sentinel etc. You don’t necessarily need to have any certifications in Splunk, practical experience is more important to us. We will give you hands on experience of Splunk projects and invest in your progress to becoming a certified Splunk consultant. Splunk Experience
Current experience designing and implementing optimised distributed full-stack Splunk (or similar) architectures with consideration of functional and non-functional requirements and trade-offs
Domain Knowledge
Experience within a cybersecurity and/or IT operations environment leading to an established cyber/ITOps domain knowledge and understanding of relevant data
Consultancy Skills
Demonstrable technical competence and analytical approach to problem solving
Education
Strong educational background to degree level in a STEM subject, or equivalent experience
Flexiblility
Flexibility and adaptability, ability to travel some of the time.
