In many cases our own technology fits the requirement but we are just as happy to utilise the licences you already have.

Microsoft SharePoint

Almost all organisations have Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) licences whether or not they have chosen to deploy them. Apto’s consultants understand the strengths and the limitations of WSS and can help you get the best value from these often underutilised assets.

Workflow/BPM

Workflow solutions are amongst the most expensive to deploy; they require detailed, documented knowledge of the existing Business Process as well as an understanding of the tools available.

Where possible, Apto are keen to explore the potential of the simplest solution to this issue. Often a more technologically limited approach is almost as effective as the ‘leading edge’, and it is usually much cheaper.
