Application Support Process
Apto Solutions’ Application Support Process is derived from the principles of ITIL. The service is designed to manage the interface between the solution Users, the Service Delivery organisation (usually your IT team) and the resources available to develop the solution, including the primary software vendors and the Apto Solutions team available to customise their software.
