DARC

Apto’s DARC is a simple web based document management respository. Built from Microsoft technologies, it is designed to be as easy as possible to use, with an absolute minimum of training. If your users don’t understand it within 10 minutes, we’ll be surprised.

But simple doesn’t mean it isn’t powerful.

DARC combines full content and structured index searching. It is used to manage many millions of document images, usually in PDF format, but also has version control built-in to allow collaborative working during document creation. It has a Key from Image document indexing module to allow you to scan in one location than get the indexing done where the labour cost is lowest. It even has a simple workflow function to allow you to automate document based business processes without spending all the savings on developing a solution.

DARC is available in a traditional licensing model, as a hosted solution or as a service (SaaS). It can be bought from our channel partners or direct from Apto Solutions, the authors.
